The compact is suitable for loose and compressed face powder. Both items have a gilt engine turned design of tiny chevrons and vertical lines. Both mirrors give excellent and accurate reflections. The compact has the original instruction leaflet in the powder well. It reads: 'KIGU OF LONDON Convertible COMPACT for loose or solid powder. The "KIGU PLUS" sifter is WASHABLE, HYGENIC (a misspelling) and of LASTING QUALITY PATENTED. To remove empty container insert nailfile into gap.' The Kigu Plus sifter is in place and so is the silk signed puff. The presentation box is in super condition too. The lid is signed 'KIGU OF LONDON' in gilt lettering. The compact measures 3" and weighs 63 grams. The lipstick mirror measures 3 3/4" when open and weighs 16.1 grams.
